Affiliate Disclosure

SaaSCompare is an independent review site supported by affiliate partnerships. This page explains what that means and how it affects (and doesn't affect) the recommendations you read here.

How we make money

Many of the SaaS tools we review run affiliate programs. When you click a link on SaaSCompare and sign up for a paid plan, we may receive a one-time payment or a percentage of your subscription. You pay nothing extra — pricing is identical to what you'd see going direct.

Active partners include HubSpot, Monday.com, ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Freshworks, Pipedrive, and Notion. The full list grows as we add new comparisons.

How rankings are decided

Affiliate commissions do not change the order of our rankings. We pick winners based on:

  • Public pricing and free-tier availability
  • Aggregated user reviews from G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius
  • Feature fit for the specific use case in the guide
  • Onboarding experience and time-to-value

Some of our top picks (e.g. Zoho, Wave) pay us nothing. We still recommend them when they're the right answer.

FTC compliance

In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255, every page on this site discloses our affiliate relationships. Affiliate links are clearly labeled as such or appear in clearly marked “Try free” / “Get started” buttons next to the tools they point to.

No paid placements

We do not accept payment for editorial coverage, ranking position, or mention in any comparison. Vendors cannot pay to be added to a guide or moved up the list.
